The Chester Ridley Crum Watersheds Association (CRC) and Habitat Resource Network (HRN) of Southeastern Pennsylvania will host "Creating a Sanctuary for Wildlife in Your Garden" on Saturday, February 9th
at Penn State Brandywine campus on Route 352 in Middletown.
Dr. Douglas Tallamy, Professor and Chair of Entomology and Wildlife Ecology at the University of Delaware and author of the best-selling "Bringing Nature Home," will be the featured speaker. In
addition to outlining the methods and benefits of attracting wildlife to your garden, Professor Tallamy will discuss the many ways native plants can be used to control stormwater on your
property. The workshop will start at 2:00 PM and end at 3:30 PM. Admission is $5 per person, but is free for residents of West Goshen Township.
